My little sis came over today for a quick mini session to capture her sweet family this fall. My nephew, Cooper, is Mr. Smiley but he is also Mr. Never Sits Still so that obviously kept things exciting :) We even tried giving him a sucker ... which usually does the trick at least for a little bit ... but he wasn't falling for it. Celebrating Little "T's" First Year!

Precious little "T" is about to turn ONE! This cutie and his big blue eyes will celebrate his first birthday with a plane themed party so we, with great planning by his Mommy and Nana, carried that theme into his birthday portraits. I had such a good time seeing this little guy and capturing his portraits again. His parents and grandparents just love him to pieces and I feel blessed to witness that love!

Little E is Turning 3

I'm so excited that the leaves are finally turning their beautiful colors! I was driving to my portrait session tonight and was just in awe at the amazing shades of red and orange ... It was just so super pretty.

This evening I got to see the "C" family to document little "E's" third birthday. This little girl has a smile that you can't help but smile back at ... and everything she says is just the cutest thing ever. I've been photographing her since she was in her mommy's belly, and I've loved watching her grow up these past three years.

Senior Portraits are so fun to capture! I love meeting boys and girls on the verge of a new beginning ... so ready to start the rest of their lives yet still a bit timid about the thought of it all. I remember those days well ... I remember the excitement and the worry. For Morgan, all of this hits very close to home as she will be graduating this spring. I loved spending a little time with her and her mom yesterday evening and I felt honored to capture her senior portraits for her.

A Week New

2 years ago I captured little "K" when he was just a few days new ... I've since photographed his one year portraits and his parents' sweet wedding. Today I got to meet his new baby sister, newborn baby "P". Little "P" came into the world last Friday ... She is so beautiful and has a head of hair! And the cutest thing of all was how little "K" just wanted to kiss his baby sister on the forehead over and over. He was just so proud and so in love.

Thank you guys so much for continuing to trust me to capture your growing family! I know baby "P" wasn't too keen on our little photo shoot today :) but I think we were able to capture a few sweet memories! Here is a sneak peek ...

S + J, Married!

Stacie and Josh united their love for each other and their love for golf with a beautiful golf club wedding ceremony! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and all of the colors that Stacie chose were just perfect next to the golf course backdrop. The large wedding party was such a close knit group ... you could really feel the love they all had for S & J. The two flower girls were just gorgeous and had the sweetest little personalities. The sweet ceremony ended with a kiss and the release of butterflies.
