Oh My, It's Cold!

I had the opportunity to capture some fall portraits for our very good friends this past Saturday. Unfortunately, it was ridiculously cold, the wind was blowing way too much and we were losing light much earlier than expected. We made the best of our time though ... wrapping kiddos in blankets and letting them take breaks in the warm car ... all to try to document this part of the year for the P family.

Big Beautiful Family

I met up with the "J" Family a couple of days ago to document their oldest's senior year of high school and capture their whole family this fall. "C" is a senior at KM High School and plans to attend North Greenville next year! It was a super chilly day so we worked fast and tried to look as warm as possible which is a little easier said than done :)

Cheese!

Sometime in the 1940s it was found that saying "cheese" instantly gave your face a smiling happy appearance. These two kiddos kept saying a long drawn out "cheeeesssse"; however, like many kids, they figured out how to say cheese without actually looking or smiling :) We were able to get some genuine smiles out of these two though (there may or may not have been talk of poop involved) ... which totally beats the "cheese" smile in my book. I think everyone will agree that these two have some of the best smiles ever! Combine that with great outfits, a wonderful location, and the most beautiful light and you have perfection!

Two Handsome Guys

I got to hang out with two little cuties last night ... and they weren't only handsome but also super sweet and funny. I asked them if they were best buddies and they both answered "yes" without hesitation. You could tell they are close and it was so sweet watching them together. There is nothing better than a sibling who is also your best friend.

Welcoming Brother and Turning 2

Little C is about to celebrate her second birthday with a Minnie Mouse Party so we started our session capturing her in her cute little Minnie outfit. Isn't she beautiful? This little cutie also became a big sister in August so it was great getting to meet her handsome little brother and document their growing family.

Pretty Princess

Little "E" is about to celebrate her 5th birthday with a sweet princess party. Once we were finished with family portraits she changed into her princess dress and it was so cute to watch her little personality change instantly. She was twirling, posing, and really getting into her birthday portraits. I've been photographing this cutie since she was just a few days new and it has been so wonderful watching her grow and change each year.

Sweet Family of 3

Fall weather finally arrived this past weekend ... just in time for my session with this sweet family. I hadn't seen baby "J" since his newborn session last February so I was excited to see how big he had gotten. He is so super cute ... Has big beautiful blue eyes ... and was so good for the chilly session.
