Happily Ever After

Ethan and Kylie ... long time friends now husband and wife. They were married last weekend on Kylie's family's land just after God dried the rains and sent out the sun. Kylie rode in on her horse to where her daddy waited to walk her down the aisle. Their ceremony was super sweet ... filled with personal touches like the reading of vows they each had written and branding a piece of wood that will hang in their home to remind them of the sanctity of marriage. After the ceremony everyone enjoyed some yummy bbq, coffee, a trail mix bar, some sweet goodies, and dancing under the stars. They ended the night with a sparkler send off!

Kylie & Ethan, thank you for letting me be a part of your big day. Everything was beautiful and perfect. I pray God blesses your marriage with love, happiness, and lots of great days! Here is a sneak peek of your big day!

Now A Family of Four ...

I had the pleasure of meeting new baby "I" to capture her newborn portraits at 5 days new. She was so tiny and so pretty! And she was certainly loved by her big sister "O" - who's newborn portraits I was blessed to take a little over 2 years ago. I love love love newborn sessions and I especially enjoy seeing little ones who have recently become big siblings hug and kiss on their new baby. It is just such a testament to God's gift of family.

Beautiful Bride

Today God dried the rain in time for Kylie and Ethan to say their vows at Kylie's home, by the barn, in the midst of the horses she loves. While I work to edit a sneak peek of their wonderful day I wanted to share some of my most favorite bridal portraits ever.

A Happy Happy Birthday

I haven't seen baby "P" since she was just a few days new so I was super excited to see how she had grown and changed - and my goodness she looks just like a baby doll. I couldn't get enough of her big blue eyes and contagious smile. Her super sweet big brother can't get enough of her either ... He's been smitten since day 1 and watching them together was just precious. Little K will be 3 next month and I've been blessed to capture him since his newborn session as well. He certainly kept me smiling today ... everything he said was just too cute.

We met today to capture their beautiful family but also to document baby "P's" first birthday so we ended the evening with a cake smash ... which little brother happily volunteered to help with :) I wonder if either of them went to bed tonight after their sugar rush.

An Afternoon By The Peach Trees

I was so happy to see the beautiful and sweet "C" family again this fall. Little "A" and "L" have both grown so much since last year ... and spending time capturing their precious smiles was such a pleasure. The rows of peach trees made such a perfect back drop and the weather actually felt a bit fall-like which was a nice surprise! I have said it many times before but this time of year is so special ... getting to see so many wonderful families who are so kind to trust me year after year with their family portraits.
