Officially Fall ... And Still 90 Degrees

Rain almost ruined my session Friday evening, but luckily the rain held off and I was able to spend some time with the beautiful "S" family ... now, if only it had actually felt like fall out! Despite the heat and humidity, we were able to venture around their neighborhood and at least pretend like it was a perfect fall evening :) They looked perfect so that's all that matters in the end! I could just take both of these kiddos home ... they are just the cutest!

Beautiful Family On The First Day of Fall

Yesterday evening I met a new family at a new location to kick off my fall portrait season. It's hard to explain but a lot of times I just know that a session is going to go really well and that I'm going to love what I'm about to capture ... and all this in the first 5 minutes. Last night was one of those times and my intuition didn't disappoint. I loved watching this family interact and I love that their images seem to capture their love, patience, and sweet nature in such a perfect way. Little "J" was such a cutie ... and he had the best little manners. He was promised ice cream as a reward for doing well for the session and I think his treat was well deserved!

7 Months!

Little Miss "G" came to see me for her monthly mini. This month we documented 7 months. She's sitting up on her own now. She's also teething so everything she sees goes straight to her mouth. This month's theme was camo and fishing ... in honor of her daddy's birthday.
