A Baby Boy On The Way ...

I captured these two saying "I Do" at their beautiful golf course wedding ceremony, and now I've had the opportunity to document their pregnancy! I love getting to know families and watching them grow and change throughout the years ... it is especially great when I get to capture a marriage then their family growing from 2 to 3. They will welcome a baby boy in February and you can definitely feel their excitement and joy! I'm so happy for them ... They are in for a huge blessing!

A Christmas Gift Session ...

I may be biased but I think that a family photo session makes a perfect Christmas gift! This mother/grandmother wanted her family, while they were all in town for Christmas, to gather for family portraits and her family obliged. We had a wonderful time on this beautiful afternoon being silly and working super hard to get some genuine smiles from a handsome little kiddo. I hope the "H" family will cherish these sweet portraits for years to come, and that it will bring back memories of this Christmas season for them.

It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

Sunday was such a beautiful afternoon which was a welcome change from the snow, rain, and dark cloudy days ... especially for the beautiful C family who had already had one session date cancelled due to snow. Celebrating a First Christmas

Happy Birthday To My Baby

My baby turned 5 today! I can't believe 5 years have passed since this little angel was sent from Heaven to make us a family of 4! He has such an easy wit about him and you can't be around him long without laughing at something he's said or done. He is definitely a mommy's boy so of course I eat that up! We all love him so so much and he truly lights up our lives. Happy Birthday Baby Boy!!

10 Months!

I got to see beautiful little "G" today to document her at 10 months. Her first birthday will be here before I know it and that just really makes time fly by. She was super smiley today which made my heart smile :) Here is a look at your mini session!

Christmas Cuties!

Rain came in earlier than expected yesterday so the "A" family and I had to quickly find a location with some shelter. We found a great spot and were able to go on with the session as planned. The rain started to come down harder but everyone toughed it out and we made the best of it. Little "K" and little "A" both looked so pretty in their Christmas dresses and their sweet smiles made my day. As I was editing these portraits our location reminded me of a manager ... the location where the King of Kings became flesh and lived among men on Earth. Such a great reminder of what this wonderful season is truly about and how it all started in such a humble & simple place.

Toy Cars, Christmas Trees, and Tools!

Little boys love cars. Little boys love tools. And Little boys love Christmas trees. Today's session included all the things little "T" loves these days. He started off shy but slowly got excited about "fixing" the wooden railings and buildings and before you knew it he was dropping the paci and showing off that million dollar smile.
