Welcome to the World Baby "T"

Typically, newborn sessions are held within a baby's first 10 days of life. We didn't get to capture little T in his first 10 days, but I must say I fell in love with photographing him at this stage - still newborn but more alert. When a newborn is in his/her first few days it is hard to capture them with their eyes open because their eyes tend to cross ... Baby T has the most beautiful blue eyes so it was just perfect that he is old enough for a photograph to do them justice. 

I went to high school with this little one's mommy and daddy, and I just feel absolutely blessed that I had the opportunity to visit with them in their home and to meet their precious miracle. I know that they both have prayed for this little boy and for the start of their family for a long time, and I'm so happy that they received the perfect answer to their prayers. I love seeing families of 2 become families of 3 and witnessing one of the greatest gifts from above. I know these two are and will be wonderful parents and I'm thrilled to capture this special moment for them.

Ending The Year With A Bang ...

I ended 2016 with a photo session of a large and beautiful extended family. Since their whole family would be in town to celebrate Christmas this group decided it would be the perfect time to capture the memory of their growing family.

Psalms 127:3-5 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.
