Bubbles Saved The Day!

I had the pleasure of meeting the "C" family yesterday afternoon for a quick session. Their super cute little boy wasn't sure about the lady with the camera doing silly things in an attempt to make him smile ... I don't blame him :) But then Dad ran off to the car and returned with Bubbles ... and all was well with the world! Little "J" loved the bubbles and it gave me an opportunity to capture their family just being together ... which I loved.

Christmas by the Lake

This is the third year I've had the opportunity to capture these two cuties in their home for Christmas ... and if possible, they just keep getting more precious! We started with letters to Santa and ended with mugs of whipped cream by the lake - I'm not sure there could be a more perfect way to capture little ones around Christmas time.

Warm Winter Afternoon

This summer my little family moved from Gastonia to Kings Mountain. In the process we were blessed with a wonderful Realtor, Erin. She helped ease the burden of selling our home and helped us buy the perfect home for our family. Today I had the privilege of giving a little something back to her as I captured her beautiful family. Her two little girls were perfect in their matching Christmas dresses and red bows as we ventured around the park.

Christmas In The Park

Thanksgiving is now over and it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!! Trees are being decorated, cities are being lit, and the joy of Christmas is in the air. Today I spent a little time with the "M" family ... Little "R" is such a cutie and I was so happy to capture his precious little personality. I had the opportunity to document this sweet couple's pregnancy around this time last year so it was extra special to see them again this year and to see them with their sweet little boy.

And Baby Makes Three

Today I had the pleasure of meeting a new family who welcomed their first baby girl just 4 days ago. Baby "G" is such a beautiful newborn ... and I love that we just captured her newness and them as a new family of three in such a laid back lifestyle way! It is so wonderful seeing families who have just welcomed their first baby. The love and happiness of that miraculous time in their lives is so evident and contagious ... Such a reminder of just how good God is!

Blue Eyed Baby Dolls

Oh my goodness these two little ones have the most beautiful eyes and pinchable cheeks! And I'm not sure a photographer can ask more when the mama shows up with perfectly coordinating outfits ... and a matching blanket!! I always love meeting new families and I certainly enjoyed spending a little time with this very sweet family of 4.

Beautiful "G" Family

I've photographed little "M" since she was a newborn and I just love seeing how much she grows and changes each time I see her. Yesterday afternoon she was talking up a storm and just had so much personality. She was also very into exploring the park - walking up and down the steps, twirling in the grass, and playing in the leaves.
