- Welcome to my blog - where I can share my personal life and my photography! I am married to the most wonderful man and I have an amazing little boy who lights up my every moment. I have always loved taking pictures but over the past few years it has really become a more serious passion. I think one of the most fun things about taking someone's picture is being able to CAPTURE that particular moment in time so that it can be held onto forever! I prefer natural light, on location photography that allows people to just be themselves. A Taste of Spring
I couldn't resist posting these pictures of Wyatt at the park this evening. He is such a big boy - going down the slides all on his own, wanting to swing hiiiiigggghhhh, and talking to all of the other kiddos around the park. I got a new camera - the Canon 5d Mark ii - for my birthday (YAY!!!) and I have been itching to get out there and work play. :) I've also been trying to hone in on my editing and I think these portraits are a great example of the editing style I want to portray each and every time - a touch of whimsy, romantic coloring, and my favorite ~ a vintage flair. I hope an early spring will bring new faces and great moments to capture through my photography.
